Trust in Water
American Water approached our team to develop a new sub-brand—Trust in Water—designed to educate lawmakers about the company’s ongoing efforts to provide safe, reliable water to communities across the country. The initiative aimed to build trust, clarify misconceptions, and help policymakers better understand the scale and importance of American Water’s infrastructure work.
Once the brand identity and visual direction were established, I was brought in to design the Trust in Water website. My role included interpreting the newly created brand system for digital, expanding the visual language, and crafting a clean, intuitive user experience that made complex information easy to navigate.
Working closely with content strategists and the development team, I created page layouts, interactive elements, data visualizations, and a responsive interface that brought the sub-brand to life online. The website served as the central hub for the campaign and played a key role in educating policymakers about American Water’s mission and impact.
